Sales Director
Preferred Degree(s) BA/BS. Preferred Major(s) Business or Engineering.
Perfectly bilingual. Minimum of 3 years of technical sales (preferred professional services sales). Experience in sales management, results, planning, employee development, administration and leadership. Innovative, aggressive business development proven track record. Evaluates and sells alternative solutions, effectively influencing outcomes. Responsible for achieving goals that will affect costs, personnel and deadlines in the organization.
This Sales Leadership position will be responsible for building and growing business through the establishment of new business partnerships. This individual needs to have previous experience in working with external partner companies like Carriers, Value Added Reseller and Distributors as well as hi-tech equipment manufacturers. Individual must be knowledgeable about the telecom business. Must work well in unstructured environments and must be able to lead a team to execute on a very aggressive business plan. Excellent presentation, lead qualification, closing and client relationship skills.
Recent contacts and knowledge of the telecom business community. Successful track record cold calling at the executive level. History of exceeding revenue goals as an individual contributor.
Systems Engineer
Provide technical support across a broad range of products including IP data, voice, security, network management, optical and wireless networks. Maintain wide range of knowledge across product solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with technical decision makers and influencers in your account base. Meet with customers to understand their current technical environment, key business issues, and future technology requirements. Educate and persuade customers regarding the technical merits of end-to-end solutions. Provide technical designs, including analysis, configuration, and pricing that meet customer requirements and help solve customer business or technology problems.
Prepare and deliver demos, evaluations and pilots. Assist in the preparation of responses to RFPs and deliver technical and sales oriented presentations to customer’s technical staffs and senior management. Perfectly bilingual 3+ years of experience in a similar role Assets: Industry certification-Cisco, Nortel, Checkpoint etc and engineering degree in EE/CS.
Software Designer, Team Leader
Responsible for providing leadership in the design and development efforts of complex engineering projects. Must be able to initiate and consult on original and creative technical efforts. May take a product through some or all stages of product development. Responsible for technical content of design reviews and code walkthroughs. Takes a leadership role in the technical content of the system specification/unit functional specification.
Helps engineers find ways to attack new or difficult problems. Develops or consults on internal training programs. Acts as a general technical resource for workers in assigned area. Reviews plan and writes specifications for assigned area. Identifies issues and technical interdependencies and suggests possible changes. 3+ years work experience in software development including hands-on management in developing embedded software. Extensive experience in managing projects from inception through to test and release. Must have been a major contributor/Technical leader in all phases of development life cycle with excellent communication skills. Product architect with a broad range of engineering experience in design and management.
C++, JAVA, CORBA. Required BSEE/CS Asset: M. Eng, Ph.D degree, TCP/IP (SNMP), Encryption, VPN, routing, L2 to L7 switching, MPLS, optical interfaces, wireless MAN, Gigabit Ethernet
Hardware Designer, Team Leader:
Hardware Designer with lead experience responsible for leading a talented team of ASIC/FPGA designers. Participates on a project team of engineers involved in the specification, design, development and test of hardware.
Defines the design and implementation processes and procedures. Responsible for board and product level complex architecture design. Writes board and product level functional and design specs and hardware manuals. Writes complete unit and integration test plans for entire product. Debugs system level problems. Performs system level unit and integration test. Designs board level diagnostics firmware. Designs system level simulation tests.
Partners with in-house packaging and other compliance engineers during Design process to ensure compliance requirements will be met. Work with peers responsible for system, software and validation engineering to assure high quality products in a high volume environment. Assist in the development of product roadmaps and features for the future.
Broad technical expertise. Demonstrated track record delivering designs to market using state-of-the art processes and design flows. Excellent people and organizational development skills. Understands and solves development issues of increasingly complex nature. Requires BSEE/CS, or equivalent, with at least 3 years relevant experience in internetworking technologies and applications.
